各区、县人民政府,市政府各委、办、局,各市属机构,外地政府、企业驻北京联络处:经市政府同意,现将《关于外地政府(企业)驻京办事机构的若干规定》(以下简称《若干规定》)印发给你们。为贯彻《若干规定》,根据文件精神,北京市经济委员会与北京市人事局、北京市国土资源和房屋管理局、北京市城市建设综合开发办公室共同研究制订了《关于贯彻〈关于外地政府(企业)驻京办事机构的若干规定〉的实施办法》(以下简称《实施办法》),现作为附件一并印发给你们。该《若干规定》和《实施办法》自2003年4月1日起施行,请认真遵照执行。
All districts, county people’s governments, municipal government commissions, offices, bureaus and municipal agencies, foreign governments and enterprises in Beijing liaison offices: With the consent of the municipal government, the “Regulations on Foreign Government (Enterprises) Beijing Office (Hereinafter referred to as ”certain provisions“) are issued to you. In order to implement the ”Several Provisions“, according to the spirit of the document, the Beijing Municipal Economic Commission and the Beijing Municipal Personnel Bureau, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Housing and Beijing’s Urban Construction Comprehensive Development Office jointly studied and formulated the ” ) Regulations on the Implementation of Certain Provisions in Beijing Offices “(hereinafter referred to as the” Measures for Implementation “) are hereby issued to you as an annex. The ”Several Provisions“ and the ”Measures for Implementation" shall come into force on April 1, 2003, and should be conscientiously implemented.
