稻田放养鳅苗一般120～150天即可长到8～15厘米长,增重4～8倍,达到外贸出口规格。 稻田要求:(1)杂草较少,没有地下水涌出,下大雨不漫水;(2)能经常保持水深3～4厘米;(3)田泥呈弱碱性;(4)流水口装上金属网、竹帘等防逃设备;(5)稻田四角挖面积为4～6米~2、深0.3～0.5米的鱼坑四个;(6)施足基肥,将四周田埂捶紧、加固。
