目的:探讨对于胸椎骨折伴肋骨骨折患者的围手术期护理。方法:选取2015年3月~2016年9月在我院就诊治疗的胸椎骨折伴肋骨骨折的患者23例,收集他们的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果:所有患者经治疗和有效地护理之后全部康复出院。结论:由于胸椎骨折伴肋骨骨折的患者的手术治疗具有很大的难度和风险,且术后的并发症情况较多,因此护理工作就显得非常重要。通过积极有效的护理服务,极大地降低了患者并发症的发生,提高了手术效果,改善了患者的预后影响和生活质量。
Objective: To discuss the perioperative nursing care of patients with thoracic fractures and rib fractures. Methods: From March 2015 to September 2016, 23 patients with thoracic fractures and rib fractures treated in our hospital were selected and their clinical data were collected for retrospective analysis. Results: All patients were discharged after treatment and effective care. CONCLUSIONS: Nursing is very important because of the great difficulty and risk of surgical treatment of thoracic vertebral fractures with rib fractures and the more postoperative complications. Through active and effective care services, greatly reducing the incidence of patient complications, improve the surgical results, improve the patient’s prognosis and quality of life.
