患者,女,37岁.1976年5月6日因头痛内服颅痛定一片(广西南宁六·二六制药厂出品,批号731030,每片含量30毫克),服后20分钟自觉面颈部搔痒,随即起风疹块,持续1小时后逐渐消退.同月23日又因头痛服用上述药品一片,经20分钟再次发生前次反应并波及全身.次日就诊. 主诉:两次发疹前皆无诱因可查.既往除对青霉素皮试阳性反应外,无其它过敏疾患史. 查体:颜面、颈部弥漫性潮红,周身尤以面颈及躯干部为主散发黄豆及指腹大风疹块.其它无异常.
