以7个蔗茅野生种及其与甘蔗杂交的3个后代材料[滇蔗品种(系)]为试验材料,在苗期进行低温(3℃)胁迫,测定与耐寒性相关的各项生理生化指标。结果表明:(1)通过极点排序法计算得到电导率,可溶性糖、丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素含量,超氧化物歧化酶活性的权重系数分别为0.109、0.194、0.148、0.133、0.108、0.183、0.124,其中可溶性糖与叶绿素含量的权重系数最大,说明这两项生理指标对甘蔗耐寒性影响较大;(2)在低温(3℃)胁迫下,10个供试材料的耐寒性强弱为蔗茅99-3>蔗茅99-2>蔗茅Ⅱ91-2>蔗茅99-4>蔗茅99-1>蔗茅90-29>蔗茅Ⅰ91-8>滇蔗04-14>滇蔗01-58>滇蔗02-39,表明蔗茅野生种的耐寒性均强于滇蔗品种(系)。
The cold stress (3 ℃) of 7 wild plant species of Sugarcane and their 3 offspring materials [Cunninghamia lanceolata (Cunninghamia lanceolata) varieties] crossed with sugarcane were used as test materials to determine physiological and biochemical changes related to cold tolerance index. The results showed that: (1) The weight coefficients of conductivity, soluble sugar, malondialdehyde, proline, soluble protein, chlorophyll content and superoxide dismutase activity calculated by pole ordering method were 0.109,0.194,0.148,0.133 , 0.108, 0.183 and 0.124, respectively. Among them, the weight coefficient of soluble sugar and chlorophyll content was the largest, which indicated that these two physiological indexes had a great influence on the cold tolerance of sugarcane. (2) Under low temperature (3 ℃) Cold hardiness for the Cimiculum 99-3> Cimicifuga 99-2> Cimici Ⅱ 91-2> Cimici 99-4> Cimici 99-1> Cimici 90-29> Cimici I91-8> Yunnan Cane 04 -14> Yunnan sugarcane 01-58> Yunnan sugarcane 02-39, indicating that the cold tolerance of wild sugarcane plants is stronger than that of Yunnan sugarcane varieties (lines).
