一、前言目前,国内生产和使用的XCT系列的温度指示调节器经PID调节,可使电炉的温度控制在±1℃之内。但是,在60~70年代生产的EFT-100型调节式毫伏计,目前还在国内许多工厂和研究单位使用。由于此种调节式毫伏计温度波动达±10℃之多,因此,对一些重要产品和试验研究工作就显得很不理想。为此,我们在此种温度控制线路中采用温度补偿的方法,使该种毫伏计的控温波动在±1℃之内。通过十多年的实践,效果良好。
I. Introduction At present, the XCT series temperature indicator regulators manufactured and used in China are regulated by PID and the temperature of the electric furnace can be controlled within ± 1 ℃. However, in the 1960s and 1970s, the EFT-100 Modulated Millivoltmeter was still used in many factories and research institutes in China. Due to the regulated millivolt temperature fluctuations of up to ± 10 ℃, so for some important products and experimental research work is not ideal. To this end, we use this temperature control circuit temperature compensation method, so that millivolt temperature control fluctuations in ± 1 ℃. Through more than 10 years of practice, the effect is good.
