SB13型推耙机是一种用于港口和大中型船舶货物清舱、堆集和平整的专用设备,其推耙铲可实现推、耙双向作业。推耙机工作环境恶劣,工况复杂,受往复、冲击、侧向等多种载荷,诸多原因对推耙机强度、寿命、安全性和可靠性有重要影响。我国推耙机生产制造起点较低、多为参考国外同类产品设计,实际工作时产品各方面性能不太稳定,工作中常出现一些关键部位的焊缝过早裂焊等问题,严重影响工作效率。本文以山推公司产品为例,主要针对工作时出现的推臂横梁处重复裂焊问题进行修理工艺的改进尝试,大大提高了使用寿命。

Our country push rake machine manufacturing lower starting point, mostly for reference to similar foreign product design, the actual work of the product performance is not all aspects of stability, the work of some key parts of the premature weld cracking and other issues that seriously affect the work efficiency. In this paper, Hill pushed the company’s products, for example, mainly for the work of the push arm beam at the repeated cracking problems to improve the repair process attempts to greatly improve the service life.
