为了顺应时代的发展,培养21世纪具有终身学习能力的高素质人才,教育部就我国普通高中英语教学在《高中英语新课程标准》指出:“教师要引导学生主动学习,帮助他们形成以能力发展为目的的学习方式,帮助他们发展探究知识的能力,获取信息的能力和自主学习的能力。”而课堂教学又是实施素质教育的主阵地,如何利用多媒体等现代化教学手段在有限的时间内提高课堂教学效率,本文结合自己的教学实践谈了一些做法。
