目的探讨陈旧性肺结核合并周围型小肺癌的CT影像特征及鉴别诊断。方法对26例肺结核合并周围型小肺癌患者的CT影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果26例陈旧性肺结核合并周围型小肺癌的患者中,21例具有典型周围型小肺癌CT特征容易被诊断,5例由于不具有典型CT征象而被延误诊断。结论陈旧性肺结核合并周围型小肺癌较常见,不典型周围型小肺癌容易被漏诊。
Objective To investigate the features and differential diagnosis of CT images of old tuberculosis with peripheral small lung cancer. Methods 26 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with peripheral small lung cancer in patients with CT image data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 26 patients with old pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with peripheral small lung cancer, CT features of 21 patients with typical small peripheral lung cancer were easily diagnosed and 5 patients were delayed because they did not have typical CT signs. Conclusion Old pulmonary tuberculosis with peripheral small lung cancer is more common, atypical peripheral small lung cancer is easily missed diagnosis.
