通过不同热处理工艺研究残余奥氏体量对30CrMn2Si马氏体铸钢耐磨性的影响,结果表明,当残余奥氏体量在2.6%,硬度 HRC50.5时,耐磨性最佳。
The effect of residual austenite on the wear resistance of 30CrMn2Si martensitic cast steel was studied by different heat treatment process. The results show that the wear resistance is the best when the amount of retained austenite is 2.6% and the hardness is HRC50.5.
