由于历史的、社会的多种原因。在一些中学里出现了单纯追求升学率的倾向。不少农村青少年也一心想“跳出农门”,“升学热”形成一股潮流。怎样对学生进行“一颗红心,两种准备”的教育,特别是在农村中学进行务农光荣的教育,帮助学生树立为实现农业现代化而奋斗终生的崇高理想,这是一个关系四化建设,影响深远的问题。湖北省监利县柘木中学在这方面摸索了一些较好的经验。他们的基本作法是坚持从实际出发,从入学抓起。
