本文介绍的盾构隧道台模内衬浇筑工法,是我公司历年来掘进施工的园隧道中普遍使用的内衬浇筑施工方法,它通过内衬浇筑,扩大了应用范围,因此受到工程建设单位的欢迎。在园形隧道内实施全内衬浇筑施工、具有一定的施工难度,首先是内衬台模的设计制造,动力设备的配备,要投入较大的资金,再是要有一个周密仔细的施工组织设计,对需要的材料,井下运输和劳动力配备要作出合理安排。为保证内衬的浇筑质量和工程进度还必须要有一支较高素质的施工队伍来实施。反之,由于采用台模施工对加快施工周期,节约劳动力等方面带来一定的经济效益。施工中,要加强质量监理,建立质量保证措施,对所有隐蔽工程要进行验收、签证,防止质量隐患。以上各项是实施好内衬浇筑工法的基本保证。
