利用电子显微镜、红外光谱、X-射线衍射以及ESR等测试技术,对中温沥青、改质沥青及氧化沥青的β-树脂进行了测试分析。在扫描电子显微镜下发现β-树脂是由许多球状颗粒组成。通过透射电子显微对β-树脂进行选区衍射分析,以及X-射线衍射分析,发现这种球状颗粒实质上是一种球晶。对β-树脂进行红外光谱分析,可知三种沥青的β-树脂具有较统一的分子特征。
The β -residues of medium-temperature asphalt, modified asphalt and oxidized asphalt were tested by means of electron microscope, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and ESR. It is found by scanning electron microscopy that the β-resin is composed of many spherical particles. Selective diffraction analysis of β-resin by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that this spherical particle was essentially a spherulite. Infrared spectrum analysis of β-resin shows that the three kinds of asphalt β-resin have more uniform molecular characteristics.
