近年来,煤炭资源丰富的我区中西部地区,目前新开通及在建铁路里程已达4925.403km,内蒙古正在加快煤运通道建设。据自治区相关部门提供的数据显示,2011年,内蒙古煤炭产量为9.79亿t,居全国第一;其中内蒙古中西部6盟市的煤炭产量合计达6.69亿t,占总产量的68.3%。为了缓解煤炭运输压力,铁道部、内蒙古自治区在国家政策支持下不断加快内蒙古中西部煤运通道建设。
In recent years, with rich coal resources in the central and western regions of our region, the newly opened and under construction railway mileage has reached 4925.403km. Inner Mongolia is accelerating the construction of the coal transportation corridor. According to the statistics provided by the relevant departments of the autonomous region, the output of coal in Inner Mongolia reached 979 million tons in 2011, ranking the first in the country. Among them, the output of coal in 6 allied cities in central and western Inner Mongolia totaled 669 million tons, accounting for 68.3% of the total output. In order to ease the pressure on coal transportation, the Ministry of Railways and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have been accelerating the coal transport corridor in central and western Inner Mongolia with the support of national policies.
