介绍了连续强度为2.5×10~9s~(-1)中子管的结构设计、工艺和材料选择等。中子管的工作参数为离子源阳极电压3.3 kV,离子源放电电流1.8 mA,加速高压134 kV,束流740 μA。经多年使用,性能较稳定,且使用寿命较长(500 h)。
The structure design, process and material selection of neutron tube with continuous intensity of 2.5 × 10 ~ 9s ~ (-1) are introduced. The operating parameters of the neutron tube are the anode voltage of the ion source is 3.3 kV, the ion source discharge current is 1.8 mA, the accelerating high voltage is 134 kV and the beam current is 740 μA. After years of use, the performance is more stable and the service life is longer (500 h).
