近年来,我国中小企业取得快速发展,对经济增长的贡献越来越大,成为我国经济发展中的重要部分。但由于中小型企业自身固有的融资特点和缺陷,破解中小企业融资难问题是促进经济增长和社会就业的重大现实问题,中小企业的资金匮乏已经成为制约其成长壮大的一个重要因素。本文旨在通过研究温州资金出逃事件的背景及初步原因,深刻研究我国中小企业资金结构与融资困境,提出我国融资存在的问题,并据此提出解决中国中小企业的对策,并预测政策结果从而,促进中小企业健康稳定持续发展。
In recent years, the rapid development of SMEs in our country has contributed more and more to the economic growth and has become an important part of China’s economic development. However, due to the inherent financing characteristics and shortcomings of small and medium-sized enterprises, it is a major realistic problem to solve the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises to promote economic growth and social employment. The lack of funds of small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important factor restricting their growth. The purpose of this paper is to study the background and primary reasons of the capital flight in Wenzhou, deeply study the capital structure and financing predicament of SMEs in our country, put forward the financing problems in our country and put forward the countermeasures of SMEs in China and forecast the policy results. Promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of SMEs.
