The microstructures of the commercial aluminum heavily deformed by the accumulative rolled bonding (ARB), the equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) and the common cold rolling (CR) were determined by the electron backscatter patterns system in SEM with thermal field gun. It was found that the EBSP system can be used to determine the microstructure in the deformed state, even in the heavily deformed state. The local texture of the deformed materials was reveal also in this paper.
