目的进一步加强上海市闵行区自动售水机监督管理,保障自动售水机卫生安全,探索自动售水机的管理对策。方法2007～2008年共对全区465台自动售水机进行了全覆盖调查,对22名自动售水机从业人员进行了调查,并采用随机抽样法,对71台自动售水机水质进行检测,对12个小区540名居民就自动售水机了解和使用情况进行了调查,并对检查结果进行了分析。结果自动售水机行业卫生状况不尽理想,主要表现在自身管理水平不高、公示内容全部符合为162台,仅占49.54%,08年自动售水机出水水样检测,71份水样中10项指标全部合格57件,合格率80.28%。结论卫生部门应制定相应卫生管理办法及标准,对自动售水机经营单位实行许可管理,加强对经营单位监督管理,提高水质自检能力,扩大自动售水机饮水宣传工作,确保市民饮水安全。
Objective To further strengthen the supervision and management of automatic water dispenser in Minhang District of Shanghai, ensure the hygiene and safety of automatic water dispenser and explore the management countermeasures of automatic water dispenser. Methods A total of 465 automatic water vending machines in the whole area were surveyed from 2007 to 2008, 22 self-employed vending machine practitioners were surveyed, and 71 water vending machines were tested for water quality using a random sampling method , 540 residents of 12 districts on the automatic water dispenser to understand and use the situation were investigated and the inspection results were analyzed. Results The condition of automatic water dispenser industry was not perfect, which was mainly manifested in that its management level was not high and all contents of publicity were in line with 162 sets, accounting for only 49.54%. In 2008, water dispenser water samples were tested and 71 water samples All 10 indicators of qualified 57, with a pass rate of 80.28%. Conclusion The health department should formulate the corresponding health management methods and standards, implement the license management for the vending machine operators, strengthen the supervision and management of the operating units, improve the self-inspection ability of water quality, expand the vending machine drinking water publicity work and ensure the drinking water safety of citizens.
