为了开发具有环境友好的水基润滑液,以丝素和丝粉为添加剂制备了两种水溶性润滑液。实验结果表明:丝素和丝粉均能提高去离子水的润滑性;随着载荷增大两种水基润滑液摩擦系数均逐渐增大;随着滑动速度增大摩擦系数均逐渐减小;去离子水中添加丝素和丝粉后仍为牛顿流体,但粘度增大。加入丝素和丝粉微粒后,摩擦副之间摩擦形式由滑动摩擦转变为滚动摩擦,摩擦力减小,润滑性能提高。
In order to develop environmentally friendly water-based lubricating fluids, two water-soluble lubricating fluids were prepared using silk fibroin and silk powder as additives. The experimental results show that both silk fibroin and silk powder can improve the lubricity of deionized water. As the load increases, the friction coefficients of the two water-based lubricants increase gradually. The friction coefficient decreases with the increase of sliding velocity. After adding silk fibroin and silk powder in deionized water, it is still Newtonian fluid, but the viscosity increases. After adding silk fibroin and silk powder particles, the friction between the friction pairs changes from sliding friction to rolling friction, the friction decreases, and the lubrication performance improves.
