在大气环境中,用扩散焊接方法进行了ZrO2陶瓷与Ni-Bi合金的连接。Ni-Bi合金为Ni-x%Bi(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0),ZrO2陶瓷型号为Z201N。焊接工艺为:在2~8MPa压力、973~1173 K温度下,保持3.6~10.8ks。分别在室温和高温下,通过剪切试验检测了接头的连接强度。当剪切温度不超过873K时,在1173K的焊接温度和8MPa的焊接压力下保持7.2ks获得的ZrO2/Ni-2Bi接头的连接强度保持在22MPa。
In the atmosphere, the connection between ZrO2 ceramic and Ni-Bi alloy was carried out by diffusion welding. The Ni-Bi alloy is Ni-x% Bi (x = 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0) and the ZrO2 ceramic is Z201N. Welding process: at 2 ~ 8MPa pressure, 973 ~ 1173 K temperature, maintaining 3.6 ~ 10.8ks. The connection strength of the joint was tested by shearing test at room temperature and high temperature respectively. When the shear temperature does not exceed 873K, the connection strength of the ZrO2 / Ni-2Bi joint obtained by holding 7.2ks at a welding temperature of 1173K and a welding pressure of 8MPa is maintained at 22MPa.
