退休前,我是一个教书匠,由于经常低着头看书批改作业,而且几乎保持着同一个姿势,颈椎病十分严重。去医院治疗了好多次,却收效甚微。后来有一次在家看电视的时候,看到一个介绍爬行健身的节目,我立刻眼睛一亮,动了爬行健身的念头。主意拟定,我便立即付诸实施。每天早上起床后,喝一杯温开水,我便迎着朝阳去离家不远的森林公园,融进晨练的人群中,同大家一道先做一套活动四肢的保健操,接着打完3套太极拳(24式、42式、48式),然后我便独自走向公园的一处开阔
