患者,女性,56岁。1992年春因左髋部和腰部疼痛,被我省和外省几家医院诊断为“坐骨神经痛”进行多次小针刀和埋线术治疗,效果不佳,曾拍摄腰椎片未见异常改变。12月来我院检查:一般情况可,左骶髂部压痛明显,骨扫描图:第五腰椎及左髂骨两处放射性明显浓聚。本病例有多处骨质异常改变。考虑有原发恶性肿瘤的存在,进行全身检查。X线胸片:左肺中心型肺癌。B超提示左髂窝转移癌。细胞学检查找到恶性鳞癌
Patient, female, 56 years old. In the spring of 1992, due to pain in the left hip and waist, it was diagnosed as “sciatica” by several hospitals in our province and other provinces. Many small needle knives and embeddings were performed. The results were poor. No abnormal changes were recorded in lumbar vertebrae. Consider the presence of primary malignancy and perform a systemic examination. X-ray: Left lung center type lung cancer. B-mode ultrasound revealed left axillary metastases.
