上世纪80年代以来,随着城市经济建设的加速发展,人口日益增加、城区面积不断扩大,扬州昔日碧水荡漾的河道受到了不同程度的污染,流经中心城区的20多条大中小河道水体发黑发臭,少数河道甚至已断流,成为污水沟。目前,生态型河道建设作为一种具有可持续发展可能的代表先进的生产力和理念方向的新型河道建设模式,已经成为扬州河道治理的发展趋势,是落实科学发展观的必然选择。
Since the 1980s, with the rapid development of urban economic construction, the population is increasing, and the urban area is expanding constantly.
