为了掌握流动控制结晶器磁场分布规律,为结晶器结构设计和流动控制分析与数值计算提供依据,采用 CT-3型Tesla计,依据矢量合成法,测试了流动控制结晶器的磁场.结果表明,流动控制结晶器的磁场呈对称分布,具有两个主磁场和两个漏磁场.而且,在一般板坯连铸条件下,漏磁场与主磁场的强度相当,因此,在结晶器的结构设计和流动控制分析与数值计算中不能忽略漏磁场的影响.
In order to grasp the magnetic field distribution law of flow control mold and provide the basis for mold structure design and flow control analysis and numerical calculation, the magnetic field of flow control mold was tested by CT-3 Tesla meter based on vector synthesis method. The results show that the magnetic field of the flow control mold is symmetrical and has two main magnetic fields and two leakage magnetic fields. Moreover, under the condition of normal slab continuous casting, the leakage magnetic field is equal to the strength of main magnetic field. Therefore, the influence of leakage magnetic field can not be neglected in the structural design, flow control analysis and numerical calculation of mold.
