通过采用201TlCl对99mTcO4甲状腺显像的“冷结节”进行再显像,观察201TlCl显像对甲状腺滤泡型腺瘤临床应用的意义.在30例进行201TlCl显像患者中,仅选择其中19例经手术病理证实为甲状腺滤泡型腺瘤的患者作分析,其201TlCl显像结果为(-)6例,(+)10例,(++)3例,总阳性例数为13/19例。甲状腺滤泡型腺瘤虽为良性,但有浓聚201TlCl能力,此等病例应长期随访,观察甲状腺癌发生的情况。
By using 201TlCl to re-image the “cold nodules” of 99mTcO4 thyroid imaging, the significance of 201TlCl imaging in the clinical application of thyroid follicular adenoma was observed. Among the 30 patients undergoing 201TlCl imaging, only 19 of them were confirmed as thyroid follicular adenomas by pathology. The results of 201TlCl imaging were (-) 6 cases and (+) 10 cases ( ++) In 3 cases, the total number of positive cases was 13/19 cases. Although the thyroid follicular adenoma is benign, it has the ability to concentrate 201TlCl. These cases should be followed for a long time to observe the occurrence of thyroid cancer.
