笔者自1989年9月～1990年2月对30例慢性肾炎不同类型患者的甲皱微循环进行了测定,并对其临床意义作了初步分析,现报告如下。一、对象与方法1.病例选择:30例慢性肾小球肾炎患者均符合第二届全国肾脏病学术会议诊断标准。男19例,女11例。发病年龄6～67岁,平均36.5岁。慢性肾炎普通型9例,慢性肾炎高血压型6例,慢性肾炎肾病型13例,隐匿性肾炎2例。病程6个月～2年。正常对照组50
