安徽省为贯彻落实十八大提出的战略方针,已加快实施创新驱动发展战略。为了更好地支持创新发展,我省紧抓近年来大量“海归”人才回国发展的机遇,帮助“海归”回皖创新创业,为战略性新兴产业的发展提供良好机遇。据此,首先介绍了安徽省“海归”人员创新创业现状,全面分析“海归”创新创业体系存在的问题和不足,并提出发展和完善安徽省“海归”人员创新创业工作的相关建议。
In order to implement the strategic guidelines proposed by the 18th CPC National Congress, Anhui Province has accelerated the implementation of its innovation-driven development strategy.
