本文研究了应用4-甲基苄基氯选择性保护肽片段中的半胱氨酸巯基,用部分保护肽片段的硫酯合成了c-Myb蛋白(38—89)-NH_2,由4-甲基苄基保护的巯基在硫酯的银离子活化条件下很稳定,该方法可用于含半胱氨酸蛋白质的化学合成。
In this paper, cysteine sulfhydryl group was selectively protected by 4-methylbenzyl chloride and the c-Myb protein (38-89) -NH_2 was synthesized from the thioester of partial protective peptide fragment. Benzyl-protected sulfhydryl groups are stable under silver ion activation conditions of thioesters and are useful for chemical synthesis of cysteine-containing proteins.
