当前,在图书馆占据重要的地位得力于其作用和功能,而科学管理的图书馆管理方法已不再适用于图书馆的发展需求,这也就使得图书馆的管理由科学转向文化。在当今社会多元化发展需求下,顺应时代发展,需要将文化管理注入图书馆,使其成为图书馆的主要管理方法。本文探讨了图书馆管理方法的趋势,阐述了其中科学管理的局限性,分析了图书馆文化管理的概念,最后提出了发展图书馆文化管理的建议和策略,得出图书馆文化管理的建设应当着重构建其核心价值体系。
