电工钢片(其中主要是硅钢片)是电能的产生、传输和转换等工业部门中的基础材料。它的磁性能直接关系到产品质量、运行安全和能源消耗,是具有重要经济意义的技术指标,同时也是产品设计的重要依据。所以世界各国都非常重视电工钢片磁性能的测试研究与其中的计量和标准化工作。我们曾受冶金部委托主持制定了我国第一个硅钢片磁性标准测试方法(即YB 801—70)。现在又一次被委托主持新标准的制定工作。在新标准制定时,根据主管部门有关制定新的国家标准的原则,经过研究和讨论,决定对原标准YB 801—70做出实质性修改,使之和相应的IEC标准兼容。
Electrical steel sheets, of which mainly silicon steel sheets, are the basic materials in the industrial sector, such as electricity generation, transmission and conversion. Its magnetic properties are directly related to product quality, operational safety and energy consumption, is a technical indicator of important economic significance, but also an important basis for product design. Therefore, all countries in the world attach great importance to the testing of magnetic properties of electrical steel sheet and its measurement and standardization work. We have been commissioned by the Ministry of Metallurgical Development Prescribed China’s first silicon steel magnetic standard test method (ie YB 801-70). Now again entrusted to preside over the development of new standards. In the formulation of the new standard, according to the principle of the competent department for formulating new national standards, after research and discussion, it was decided to make substantial changes to the original standard YB 801-70 so as to be compatible with the corresponding IEC standards.
