目的:观察平阳霉素对恒磁场诱导作用下的人舌癌细胞裸鼠种植瘤的化疗效果。方法:用体外培养的人舌癌Tca8113系细胞,种植裸鼠成瘤后,随机分为空白对照(A)组,恒磁场诱导化疗(B)组,化疗组(C)组.化疗药物均为平阳霉素,治疗10天。从肿瘤体积大小、裸鼠体重变化,肿瘤组织病理学和术后复发方面评价化疗效果。结果:治疗结束时肿瘤平均体积大小顺序为A组>C组>B组。裸鼠体重减轻率为A组>C组>B组。肿瘤细胞角化程度高低顺序为B组,C组,A组。术后肿瘤的复发率A组>C组>B组。结论:恒磁场诱导的化疗在提高癌细胞角化,降低术后复发率和改善动物机体状态方面有重要意义。
Objective: To observe the effect of pingyangmycin on the xenografts of human tongue carcinoma cells in nude mice induced by constant magnetic field. Methods: Tca8113 human tongue cancer cells were cultured in nude mice. The nude mice were randomly divided into blank control group (A), constant magnetic field induced chemotherapy (B) group and chemotherapy group (C). Chemotherapy drugs are Pingyangmycin, treatment for 10 days. The effect of chemotherapy was evaluated in terms of tumor volume, weight change in nude mice, tumor histopathology and postoperative recurrence. Results: The average size of tumors at the end of treatment was A> C> B. The weight loss rate of nude mice was A group> C group> B group. The degree of keratinization of tumor cells in the order of B, C, A group. Postoperative tumor recurrence rate A group> C group> B group. CONCLUSION: The constant magnetic field induced chemotherapy is of great significance in improving the keratinization of cancer cells, reducing the recurrence rate and improving the body condition of animals.
