舒降之治疗降低 2型糖尿病及高血压病人的血压及尿蛋白而与降脂无关。意大利Ｓａｓｓａｉｒ大学的ＧｉａｎｃａｒｌｏＴｏｎｏｌｏ报告 ,据以前几项研究 ,他汀类的裨益未能以降脂解释。因而提出假说“一个可能的解释是他汀类能够恢复内皮 -依赖的ＮＯ生成 ,与ＬＤＬ降低无关”
Treatment of reducing blood pressure reduces type 2 diabetes and hypertension in patients with blood pressure and urinary protein and has nothing to do with lipid-lowering. According to Giancarlo Tonolo at Sassair University in Italy, the benefit of statins has not been explained by lipid lowering in previous studies. It is therefore hypothesized that “one possible explanation is that statins are able to restore endothelium-dependent NO production, regardless of LDL reduction”
