Neonates born at a gestational age of less than 37 weeks are premature, and about 13% have inguinal hernias and often require hernia repair. Infant apnea refers to no breathing lasting more than 15 seconds or less but accompanied by bradycardia (heart rate <100 beats / min), or oxygen saturation less than 90%, are generally primary. Respiratory drive in preterm infants is not stable, so there is a tendency to apnea, hernia repair under general anesthesia for premature delivery of babies, about 20 to 30% of one or more postoperative apnea, within the first 12 hours after surgery
