在体内和体外实验中系统地观察了中药大黄对大鼠近端小管和髓袢升支粗段小管Na ̄+-k ̄+ATP酶活性的影响,发现大黄对此二节段肾小管Na ̄+-K ̄+ATP酶均具有显著抑制作用,尤其是对髓袢升支粗段作用更为明显。大黄的作用随剂量增大而增强,50mg/L大黄对髓袢升支粗段Na ̄+K ̄+ATP酶活性的抑制率达42.9%。体内应用大黄后,出现利钠、利尿效应。本实验结果进一步明确了大黄对残余肾肾小管高代谢的抑制作用。
