我园曾就“蹲下来看孩子”进行过专题研讨。在研讨的过程中,我的认识逐步加深。 从表面看,这是老师实施教育时的一种科学合理的体态,与孩子保持视线平衡,便于双方交流。若仅停留在这表层认识上,那做起来倒也不困难,但再深入思考这句话的内涵,并非如此简单,因为这不是单纯对老师体态的要求,而是要老师的教育观、儿童观来个根本的变化,使这一肢体语言成为自觉的教育行为。 “蹲下来”就是要我们从长期自居的“领导者”“指挥者”的宝座上走下来,从根深蒂固的“师道尊严”的束缚中走出来,不要再动辄
