调整产业结构和城市空间布局是21世纪初上海建成国际经济中心城市的重要内容。近几年来,本市已在这方面采取不少措施,并取得了较好的进展,但调整目标远未到位,亟需采取相应对策。
Adjusting the industrial structure and spatial layout of cities is an important part of Shanghai’s establishment of an international economic center city in the early 21st century. In recent years, the city has taken many measures in this regard and has made good progress. However, the adjustment target is far from being in place and it is urgent to take corresponding measures.
