车辆的抗撞性能主要取决于车辆结构中薄壁梁部件的吸能特性。针对典型薄壁梁结构的碰撞变形特点,本文应用高度非线性动力有限元分析方法进行了有关的模拟计算。从实用角度出发,通过具体算例,有选择性地介绍了不同因素和计算参数选择对计算结果的影响,对有限元模型的建立和计算提出了建议。
The crashworthiness of a vehicle depends primarily on the energy absorption characteristics of the thin-walled beam component in the vehicle’s structure. Aiming at the characteristics of the deformation of a typical thin-walled beam, this paper applies the highly nonlinear dynamic finite element method to simulate the impact. From a practical point of view, through specific examples, the influence of different factors and calculation parameters on the calculation results are selectively introduced, and suggestions are put forward for the establishment and calculation of the finite element model.
