目的 用颞下颌关节上腔扩张术治疗不可复性关节盘前移位引起的张口受限 ,评价该方法的临床疗效。方法 收集 39例因不可复性关节盘前移位引起张口受限的患者 ,行关节上腔扩张术治疗 ,分析治疗前与治疗后患者的疼痛值、最大张口度的变化。结果 治疗前后患者的张口度及关节区疼痛的改善均有显著差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ,治疗后张口度平均增加 5mm ,而治疗后的平均张口度为 2 9mm ,但仍处于张口受限状态。结论 颞下颌关节上腔扩张术是一操作简单、损伤小、可重复操作的方法 ,对不可复性关节盘前移位引起的张口受限有一定临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of temporomandibular joint superior cavity dilatation in the treatment of irreducible joint anterior displacement caused by mouth opening limitation. Methods A total of 39 patients with limited mouth opening due to anterior disc deformity were collected. The upper dural extension was performed and the changes of pain and maximum mouth opening were analyzed before and after treatment. Results Before and after treatment, there were significant differences in the mouth opening and the pain in the joint area (P <0.01). After the treatment, the mouth opening increased by 5mm on average, while the average mouth opening after treatment was 29mm, but still at the mouth mouth Limit status. Conclusion Superior temporomandibular joint dilatation is a simple, less invasive and repeatable method. It has a certain clinical effect on limited mouth opening caused by irrecoverable disc displacement.
