“5.12”四川汶川地震,给人民的生命财产造成了巨大损失,地震灾区的电梯等特种设备遭到严重损坏。经质检部门排查,受灾较重地区受损特种设备9128台。其中,电梯2687台、锅炉2592台、压力容器2510台、起重机械1136台、游乐设施198台、客运索道5条。目前,有1944台已受损报废,占到21.3%,需修复的5039台,占55.2%。经一般性检查和安全调试即可使用的设备2134台,占23.5%。本文根据台湾地区1999年2次大地震后对电梯损坏的勘察资料,分析了引起电梯破坏的原因,提出了有关电梯抗震的改进措施,为抗震救灾中电梯安全检查与修复工作提供参考。
5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan caused tremendous losses to people’s lives and property. The special equipment such as elevators and other special equipment in the quake-hit areas were severely damaged. The quality inspection department investigation, damaged areas hit 9,128 special equipment. Among them, 2687 elevators, 2592 boilers, 2510 pressure vessels, 1136 hoisting machinery, 198 recreational facilities and 5 passenger ropeways. Currently, 1,944 units have been scrapped, accounting for 21.3%, with 5039 units to be repaired, accounting for 55.2%. After the general inspection and safety debugging can use 2134 units, accounting for 23.5%. Based on the survey data of elevator damage after Taiwan’s two major earthquakes in 1999, this paper analyzes the causes of the elevator damage and puts forward the measures to improve the elevator anti-seismic so as to provide a reference for the elevator safety inspection and repair work in earthquake relief.
