研究了不同电场分布中三元混合气体ＳＦ６／ＣＣｌ２Ｆ２／Ｎ２的工频电压击穿特性和冲击电压击穿特性．气压范围为１００ｋｐａ～３００ｋｐａ．结果表明，适当配比的ＳＦ６／ＣＣｌ２Ｆ２／Ｎ２混合气体具有相当于甚至优于纯ＳＦ６的击穿强度．
The breakdown characteristics of the power frequency voltage and the breakdown characteristics of the impulse voltage of the ternary mixed gas SF6 / CCl2F2 / N2 in different electric field distributions were studied. Pressure range of 100kpa ~ 300kpa. The results show that the appropriate ratio of SF6 / CCl2F2 / N2 gas mixture has the equivalent of even better than pure SF6 breakdown strength.
