报告1例色素血管性斑痣性错构瘤病并发先天性耳前瘘管。患儿女,4个月。面部、躯干及上肢大面积鲜红斑痣,躯干及下肢大片蒙古斑,皮损以右侧为甚。双侧外耳耳轮脚前可见直径约2 mm的瘘管开口。实验室及辅助检查:血、尿常规,肝、肾功能,心脏彩超及颅脑CT均正常。诊断:色素血管性斑痣性错构瘤病并发先天性耳前瘘管。予脉冲染料激光治疗1次,目前仍密切随访中。

Diagnosis: Pigmented vascular nevus malformation hamartoma congenital anterior fistula. Pulsed dye laser treatment 1 times, is still closely followed.
