目的探讨尿微量白蛋白(microalbuminuria,MA)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-microglobin,β2-MG)和血清高敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)与2型糖尿病早期肾损害的关系。方法 116例2型糖尿病患者中,92例无早期肾损害患者为DM组,24例糖尿病肾病患者为DN组,同期35例健康体检者对照组,测定3组尿MA、β2-MG,血清hs-CRP水平,并进行统计学分析。结果 DM组,DN组尿MA、β2-MG,血清hs-CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.05),DN组高于DM组(P<0.05);3项联合检测阳性率明显高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论尿MA、β2-MG是反映早期糖尿病肾损害的敏感指标,尿MA、β2-MG与血清hs-CRP联合检测可提高对糖尿病肾病早期肾损害的诊断率。
Objective To investigate the relationship between urinary microalbuminuria (MA), β2-microglobin (β2-MG) and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and type 2 diabetes mellitus Damage to the relationship. Methods A total of 116 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) were enrolled in this study. 92 patients without early renal damage were DM group, 24 diabetic nephropathy patients were DN group, and 35 healthy controls were enrolled in the same period. Urine MA, β2-MG and serum hs -CRP levels, and statistical analysis. Results The levels of urinary MA, β2-MG and serum hs-CRP in DM group and DN group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and those in DN group were higher than those in DM group (P <0.05). The positive rates of three combined tests were significantly higher than those of DM group Test (P <0.05). Conclusions Urine MA and β2-MG are sensitive indicators of early diabetic nephropathy. Combined detection of urinary MA, β2-MG and serum hs-CRP can improve the diagnosis of early renal damage in diabetic nephropathy.
