研究了救生舱的结构特征和热量传递的基本方式,针对救生舱隔热性能进行了实验研究。根据军用方舱总传热系数的测试标准,采用实验方法测定救生舱的总体传热系数。在救生舱内进行了真人实验,并根据测定的总体传热系数计算救生舱内产热的热负荷。定量研究了救生舱工作过程中,外界传热和舱内产热的规律,提出了救生舱热防护性能的研究方法。对于研究和开发救生舱制冷系统,调节舱内温度环境具有指导意义。
The structural characteristics of heat-resisting cabin and the basic way of heat transfer are studied. The heat insulation performance of rescuing cabin is studied experimentally. According to the test standard for the total heat transfer coefficient of the military cabin, the overall heat transfer coefficient of the rescue cabin is determined by an experimental method. A live experiment was conducted in the life hatch, and the heat load in the life hatch was calculated from the measured total heat transfer coefficient. The law of heat transfer and heat generation in the cabin during the operation of the rescue cabin was quantitatively studied, and the research method of the thermal protection performance of the rescue cabin was put forward. It is instructive for the research and development of the rescue cabin refrigeration system to regulate the temperature environment in the cabin.
