目的研究茶树菇提取物对小鼠抗疲劳及耐缺氧活性的影响。方法将昆明小鼠随机分为5组,连续灌胃给药28天,观察小鼠力竭跑步时间、疲劳转棒时间、负重游泳时间,以及缺氧和中毒状态下的存活时间;小鼠游泳20min后,测定小鼠肝脏ATP含量、血浆及肝脏中SOD和MDA含量。结果小鼠急性毒性实验结果显示,茶树菇提取物无急性毒性反应。同时,茶树菇提取物可以明显增加小鼠的运动时间,提高缺氧及中毒情况下小鼠存活时间,提高小鼠肝脏ATP含量,提高血浆及肝脏SOD活力,降低MDA含量。结论茶树菇提取物具有显著的抗疲劳及耐氧化活力,其作用可能部分是通过调节能量储备和提高抗氧化酶活性实现的。
Objective To study the effect of the extract of Chagoys Mushroom on the anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance in mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups. The rats were administered intragastrically for 28 days. The exhaustive running time, fatigue time, weight-bearing swimming time, and survival time under hypoxia and poisoning conditions were observed. Mice swimming After 20min, the content of ATP in liver and the content of SOD and MDA in plasma and liver were measured. Results The results of acute toxicity test in mice showed that there was no acute toxic reaction of Agrocybe aegerita extract. At the same time, Agrocybe aegerita extract can significantly increase the exercise time of mice, increase the survival time of mice in the condition of hypoxia and poisoning, raise the content of ATP in the liver of mice, increase the activity of SOD in plasma and liver and decrease the content of MDA. Conclusion Tea tree extract has significant anti-fatigue and antioxidant activity, and its role may be partly through the regulation of energy reserves and improve the antioxidant enzyme activity.
