对防爆胶轮车气动系统的组成及工作原理进行了分析,详细阐述了气动系统中气马达参数的匹配及储气罐容积的计算,并对某型防爆柴油机进行了启动性能试验,试验表明,所用防爆柴油机匹配的气马达和储气罐满足防爆胶轮车的启动性能要求。
The composition and working principle of pneumatic system of explosion-proof rubber tire truck are analyzed. The matching of the air motor parameters and the calculation of gas tank volume in the pneumatic system are described in detail. The start-up performance test of a certain type of explosion-proof diesel engine is carried out. Explosion-proof diesel engine matched with the gas motor and gas tank explosion-proof rubber tire to meet the start-up performance requirements.
