高职院校是我国经济建设和社会发展的重要力量,高职生的就业和职业发展在我国就业难的总体形势下已经问题凸显,主要的原因在于高职生的职业生涯规划能力不足,高职院校的职业生涯规划教育存在欠缺,因此,高职院校有必要重视和加强职业生涯规划的课程建设,帮助高职生做好职业发展规划,实现高职生的职业发展目标和高职院校的人才培养目标。
