我国民办高等教育在经历了规模扩张之后,正面临重新洗牌的局面。不断提高办学质量,创立品牌,走科学发展之路已刻不容缓地摆在每一所民办高校面前。作为民办高等教育中重要组成部分的专科层次的民办高职教育,相比于民办本科院校和独立学院来说,办学层次更低。民办高职院校如何在公办高职院校和民办本科院校的市场夹缝中求得生存空间?唯有通过加强内涵建设形成自己的核心竞争力。文章以紫琅职业技术学院为例,介绍新时期下民办院校加强内涵建设的思路。
After our country’s private higher education has experienced the scale expansion, it is facing the situation of reshuffling. Constantly improve the quality of running a school, establish a brand, take the road of scientific development has been placed without delay in front of each private colleges and universities. As an important component of private higher education, the level of private higher vocational education, compared to private universities and independent colleges, run a lower level. How private higher vocational colleges can find their living space in the market of public vocational colleges and private universities? Only by strengthening the connotation construction can we form our own core competitiveness. Taking Zilian Vocational and Technical College as an example, this article introduces the ideas of strengthening the connotation construction of private colleges and universities under the new era.
