对某厂30万吨/年乙烯装置裂解汽油二段反应器锻焊接管(A182-F321)与筒体(A387Cr12C12+A240-321)相连角焊缝区裂纹的探伤、检验和分析得出,上述裂纹或位于角焊缝筒体侧熔合区(9例接管),或位于角焊缝金属中(4例接管),两种类型裂纹分别由角焊缝筒体侧熔合区焊缝一侧形成较宽的马氏体带和增碳带引起的脆化(500HV)及角焊缝金属中含量较高的δ铁素体转变成σ相引起的脆化(A_(?)为6-24J)所诱发。不适当的焊接材料和焊接工艺是造成接管角焊缝区两种形式材质脆化而引发两种性质裂纹的根本原因。
