无论在辐射育种或刺激作物生长发育的研究中,在同一品种使用相同的照射剂量情况下,产生损伤或变异的效应常不相同,这种差异除了在照射条件下受到不同的理化因子或环境条件等影响外,急性与慢性照射是一个重要的因素,这直接与提高突变率,掌握有效剂量具有密切关系。本试验从同一照射剂量,采用不同剂量率作比较试验,初步查明剂量率低(慢性)对当代损伤辐射效应比剂量高(急性)具有显著作用,不同剂量率产生的生物学效应各不相同。试验材料和方法
