研究了各种啁啾和变迹的光纤光栅的制作技术 ,并分析了各种制作方法的优点和缺点 ,在此基础上提出用于高速光纤通信系统色散补偿的变迹啁啾光纤光栅的 3种制作方法。其中前两种方法灵活多变但精度稍差 ;后者精度较高但价格较贵。可根据实际情况选择合适的方法制作光纤。
The fabrication technology of various chirped and apodized FBGs is studied and the advantages and disadvantages of various fabrication methods are analyzed.
